Success Measures at NeighborWorks America
Success Measures is a social enterprise of NeighborWorks America, a national network that helps build strong, resilient communities by creating opportunities for people to live in affordable homes, improve their lives, and strengthen their communities. Since 2020, we have served as a Success Measures consultant on several projects including evaluation support on shared equity initiatives pursued by two nonprofits.
We partnered with NeighborWorks Montana to evaluate the contribution of resident owned communities (ROCs) – a co-op model for mobile home parks – to homeowner health and wellbeing. With City of Lakes Community Land Trust (CLCLT) in Minneapolis, we evaluated the impact of community land trust homeownership programs on homeowners’ wellbeing.
